Landmark Hotels & Suites, a well known hotel group amongst the business community in the Middle East wished to upscale their branding so as to reach out to a wider audience. The old branding and naming convention for the different properties were inconsistent and required streamlining.
Punch set on to consolidate their brand elements and create a unified positioning customer minds. After a very detailed market research, a new brand Strategy (Exceeding Expectations), brand identity program, brand architecture and corporate identity & communication guidelines were developed to take the hotel to a new level. As of going to print Landmark Hotels are doing better than before with up to 85% occupancy across the year.
