The new company mantra “Our caring transforms…one person at a time” was not understood as change for the better. Punch’s task: to signal the change at J&J in Dubai, and make it meaningful.
Punch suggested personalized spice bottles, with alliterating employee names, and sending them out as invitations (to a themed event based on food and ingredients). Every employee was acknowledged as bringing something vital ‘to the table’. A giant ‘spice rack’ graphic including names of every employee went up overnight on the walls of the office.
This wow factor caught the attention of every visiting dignitary from every office – including the head offices of J&J.
